Postal Stamps: Protect Marine Life
For this project, I designed postal stamps for an Animal Welfare topic and designed a theme that represents the topic. The goal is to carefully include the subject, design concepts, and symbols that give a message and understanding of our chosen topic.

What was challenging about this project was picking the right symbols and compositions just so I would not misrepresent my topic. I came up with the idea of fish swimming in the background and forming a heart shape to represent a love and appreciation for sea animals.
I wanted my project to show support for marine life. Because we all live on the East Coast, I'm sure we all have a love and appreciation for marine life. We all like to see our bays and oceans and our beloved sea animals in a lively and healthy atmosphere, and especially to be a part of it. I hope for this project to give a message of thought and consideration for marine life.
